Background

Acme Inc. is a large global bank whose customers interact with them across various journey touchpoints, such as web, mobile, branch, and contact center.

Task Outline

Set up the journey touchpoints based on the details provided in Section A. 5 minutes
Set up the touchpoint locations based on the details provided in Section B. 8-10 minutes

Section A: Configure Touchpoints

  1. Log into Webex Experience Management.
  2. Go to CX Setup > Account Settings > Program Setup.
