Go to CX Setup > Account Settings > Enterprise > Ticket Setup
In Ticket Setup you can configure Ticket Action & Ticket Status
Adding Ticket Action & Ticket Status
To add an ‘Action’ Type and Press Enter to add a new ticket action.
To add a ‘Status’ Type and Press Enter to add a new ticket status.
Deleting Ticket Action & Ticket Status
To delete an ‘Action’ click on the cross symbol as shown below
Press ‘Delete’ button to delete the ticket action or status
Once Ticket Setup is complete Press ‘Save’ button as shown below.
