Cisco Webex Experience Management integration with IMI Mobile
IMI Mobile integration with Webex Experience Management is setup for use with Webex Contact Center to send post-call surveys using SMS using IMI mobile as the channel vendor.
Once configured in the Webex XM integrations section by adding the API Key, Sender ID, and the API endpoint, users need to setup the following as well to send post-call survey SMS:
- A Delivery Policy that uses Post Call SMS as the channel to send the message. This channel is setup to use the IMI mobile integration by default to send the SMS
- A Message Template that is setup for use for Mobile SMS type.
- A Token Template with all setting in place
- A Dispatch with the post-call survey questionnaire and the delivery policy, message and token template configured as per the steps above.
Once setup correctly, this Dispatch can be used in Webex Contact Center (Flow control) to send post-call SMS using IMI mobile.
