Webex Experience Management Language Support
WXM currently supports a different set of languages for different sections or parts of the product.
-
Webex Experience Management Spaces and CX Setup
- All dashboards and CX Setup (admin) sections currently support only English as the primary language.
-
Customer facing surveys for feedback collection
- Webex Experience Management supports all popular global languages, including RTL (Right-To-Left Languages) support on our primary web channel, with different levels of support on other omni-channel listening posts. Webex Experience Management users can configure the surveys in any of the following language by providing the manually translated text within the questionnaires. Our channels allow customers to switch between these languages and give their feedback.
Below is a table of the supported languages across websurvey, microsurvey, IVR, and additional channels supported through Webex Contact Center solutions.
-
Text Analysis (ML)
- Our cognitive capabilities support processing of all global native language directly if the training set is in the native language. If the training set is in English, then we support over 60 languages via Azure translation.
-
Webex Experience Management Insight Center is tested with these versions of Internet Explorer in standards-compliant rendering mode, not compatibility mode. Enabling compatibility mode may cause problems because it emulates older, unsupported rendering modes. IE11 is considered a legacy browser with significantly less performance overall than Edge, and certain analytics capabilities may be limited or offer a degraded experience. ↩︎
-
Webex Experience Management Insight Center does not support private browsing in FireFox. ↩︎
-
Webex Experience Management Insight Center has limited support for Safari on the latest stable version on latest OS release, and certain analytics capabilities may be limited or offer a degraded experience. ↩︎
-
Instead of mobile web access, we instead recommend access via the Webex Experience Management Insights Center mobile apps for iOS and Android, which provide the ability to check responses on the go. ↩︎
